Location: Waynesboro, Georgia

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.  Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments etc.  Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).  Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.  Submit and reconcile expense report as necessary.  Track office supply stock, personal protective equipment levels and place orders when necessary.  Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.  Submit and reconcile expense reports.  Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle request and queries from senior managers.  Assist with new employee on boarding.  Tracking of all technical evaluation and condition reports.  Have the flexibility to address and accomplish any additional duties as assigned.  Demonstrate personal ownership and initiative, be a team player and follow all procedures, guidelines, and safe work practices.
