Bill is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to support utility customers especially in the areas of project management, design engineering and consulting. This covers a wide range of leadership, planning, design and construction interface roles in support of project delivery, project management office resources, expertise and technologies. Throughout his thirty-eight years Bill brings his engineering, technical, consulting and Project Management experience to all of his positions. This started with new plant design engineering and construction support of the Clinton Power Station, and progressing through increasing levels of responsibility in supervision, operating plant support, project manager, mechanical manager, support services manager, systems manager, business development, cloud technology system sales and implementation consulting, nuclear power technical issues resolution / implementation such as GSI 191, EPC project manager and account management. Angela is responsible for the Tax Services business unit for BCP. In her time with BCP, Angela has developed from a lead analyst role in 2007 to her current role as SBU, Director. She is responsible for tax engagement management for all BCP clients in the R&E tax area. Henry is a veteran of the United States Submarine Service and is currently responsible for leading BCP Cyber Security and Specialty Services. He has thirty seven years of digital control and computer systems engineering experience at several nuclear power plants. Henry is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP-ISSMP) and is experienced in all aspects of Nuclear Cyber Security Program Development. Howard has been involved in commercial nuclear power, failure analysis, structural analysis and wide range of testing activities for over 50 years. His areas of recognized expertise include nuclear plant startup, license renewal, concrete prestressing systems and containment inservice inspection. After receiving his doctoral degree in civil engineering at Princeton University he spent 21 years with Bechtel where he was assigned to projects in the pipeline, scientific development and power divisions. Since leaving Bechtel in 1987 he has served as a consultant to the nuclear industry working principally through BCP. His BCP assignments have included development of 10CFR50 Appendix J (containment leakage testing) programs, development of containment inservice inspection programs, prestressed concrete containment structural analysis, preparation of license renewal aging management programs, technical supervision of nuclear plant startup tests and preparation of technical reports supporting requests for NRC relief from ASME Section XI requirements for inservice examination of containment post-tensioning systems. Howard is a member of ANS and SEM as well as a member and former chair of the ASME Section XI working group on containment. He is registered as a civil engineer in California.

Brent has over 33 years of nuclear experience including Operations, Training, Maintenance and Work Management. Twenty seven of those years were spent in the Entergy system at Waterford 3 and River Bend nuclear sites. He expanded his knowledge and experience by joining Progress Energy as the Fleet Functional Manager for Online Work Management and Outage Management. He carried that experience over to the merged Progress / Duke Energy system. With this wealth of knowledge in Online Work Management, Mr. Matherne joined SWDE Consulting as Director of Business Development. His past history in the Entergy System and wealth of contacts within the nuclear industry made him an attractive candidate to fill the need for additional executive resources at BCP. John Mahoney works as a Senior Consultant for BCP Engineers and Consultants. He has an extensive career background in the utility industry. He has hands-on experience in substation construction, maintenance and power productions and routinely called upon to provide assessments, gap analysis and project oversight for the utility industry. He has power production experience in both the fossil and nuclear power arenas. Over the past 30+ years in the energy industry, John has held supervisory and management positions in nuclear construction and start-up, engineering, project management, innovations and business development. He is an active member of the American Nuclear Society with over the past 12 years of leadership and committee work within the Society. John has a wide-ranging background in plant systems, instrumentation, computer technology, as well as telecommunications. He was one of six award-winning Innovations Leaders while with Entergy Corporation. He established the Project Management Institute Chapter in Mississippi in 2008 and remains actively involved as a volunteer in project work with PMI. John has held executive officer and board positions for over 10 years promoting advanced reactor technologies and hybrid energy systems and has participated in papers and articles for the industry working with the Department of Energy and the National Laboratories. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute.
