We believe in developing effective lines of communication and continuous improvement through proactively identifying lessons learned and communicating those across the company. While there is much to developing and implementing an effective commissioning process, several fundamental elements include:
-
Bounding the commissioning deliverables and support functions
-
Project scoping of delivery systems, commissioning deliverables, function interface requirements, and division of responsibilities
-
Optimize an Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) and maintaining focus on the shift from construction to commissioning
-
Standardize where ever possible
-
Establish an effective Configuration Management process and system
-
Establish a Trust but Verify Governance and Oversight Model
