Desired Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in change management, project management or training development. Utility experience is a plus however, not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
This position will support the Power Delivery Enterprise Foundation Legacy Application Testing Managers. There are 18 Legacy Applications that required changes due to the new Enterprise Foundation impacts. This resource will help create a solid communication plan to PD throughout the testing process including but not limited to writing communication to leadership and the testers concerning the process, scheduling testing meetings, and coordinating across the 4 testing managers to make sure all communication and testing is aligned. This resource will also support the testing process in creating weekly test update communications leveraging JIRA for leadership and general communication to Power Delivery. Working with the Power Delivery Application owners, this resource will also help create the training documents needed for deployment. They will assist in developing the training plans and communication of the training plans including scheduling meetings and validating that all required personnel have received the training. This resource must have strong written and verbal skills. They need to be able to take technical information and communicate it to a broad audience across multiple departments and through multiple levels of leadership.
