Executive Director, Client Solutions

 

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President, the Executive Director, Client Solutions (EDCS) is a part of the BCP Management team primarily responsible for accelerating the growth of sales and business development with existing and new customers; ensuring positive business relationships, future sales, and providing customer service support to key accounts.

 

This position primary responsibilities include:

Developing Client Specific Sales Plans & Strategies

The EDCS is responsible for developing client specific sales plans and strategies to develop new customers and expand sales within existing customers.  Sales plans and strategies are expected to include all services and staffing capabilities and include coordination with Specialty Services Area Leads and Technical Service SMEs with an expectation that the efforts will foster the development of trusted partnerships and alliances with Key Customers.

Lead and Manage Client Solutions Team

The EDCS is expected to lead, manage and coordinate the Client Solutions team.  This involves overseeing the analysis of customer and market’s potential, track sales and status reports to ensure that the appropriate level of sales effort is performed consistent with the company’s vision and purpose.

Maximizing Company Profits

The EDCS is expected to develop business and sales that meet company and business unit gross margin targets and expectations.  The EDCS is expected to work with appropriate team members (e.g., other Client Solution Executives, SMEs, Managers, etc.) and other departments to enhance the sales process, develop and deliver proposals, and deliver highest quality customer support.

Forecasting Future Company Sales

The EDCS is expected to collaborate with the Leadership Team to set customer and company revenue and gross margin goals, develop sales and company strategy. Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 7 years of sales development/management
  • Strong business development skills (i.e., the ability to diagnose client needs, match them to business support services)
  • Strong collaborator with successful sales track record
  • Proven track record of establishing strong, executive level customer relationships
  • Proven experience managing remote resources
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • This position reports directly to the Vice President
  • All sales activity and sales are expected to be recorded and tracked in company platform.
  • This position is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday and be available by phone during business hours
  • Success as the EDCS will be measured by your ability to lead the team to exceed revenue, develop new business opportunities, and foster long-term client relationships

Compensation

  • Base salary + Performance commission
