Job Summary: Construction Management support for construction/installation of 2MW of battery storage right next to one or more solar plants. This position will report directly to Dominion Corporate. This site will be fairly small. This person will be in the field, and will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities with the firm hired to construct and install units. Must also be able to review design changes and coordinate with management prior to implementation. The site will consist of a Project Manager, Construction Manager (both owners reps) and approx 15-20 craft to construct/install the units.
Required Education and Certifications / Licenses:
Must have 10+ yrs of utility experience.
Experience with prior renewables/solar is a huge plus.
Prior construction management or field engineering required.
Prior Commissioning experience (fossil, renewables, nuclear) is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk around a site as needed
