Rate: is open and non-exempt
Hours: 40-60 hrs per week (anticipate 55 hrs per week)
Per diem: $157.00/day (7 days per week)
Mob / Demob: GSA Expenses
Trip Home: (1) paid trip home per month

Position Details: 

The Construction Manager oversees daily work planning and facilitates the installation of equipment and components for the project to ensure contractors are fulfilling project obligations and that work is carried out according to approved procedures, specifications, and schedules. The CM provides technical knowledge and input to assist constructor in daily work activities.

This position serves as a liaison with project management reporting on safety, progress, and delays. Proactively identifies and works to resolve any site issues that may impede the schedule or impact safety. The CM works with the constructor to provide input to schedule, work order development, risk mitigation activities, and participates constructability walkdowns

The CM attends morning focus meetings, safety meetings and provides task reporting
