Hours: Full time / 40 hours (onsite)
Per diem: $157.00/day (7 days per week)

Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Projects
Position will oversee project managers, who coordinate teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard. Responsible for strategically managing risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time.
- 10 years experience
- Leadership ability and strong management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills
- PMO experience
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced project environment
- Apply structured Project Management methods within a delivery framework, managing the end to end process and ensuring delivery of your project to time, cost, quality and scope
- Managing specific business and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate multiple disciplines and Teams to deliver in a rapidly changing environment
- Collaborate with Development partners and balance Development Support tasks against QA Delivery work
- Recognize, communicate and mitigate risks to project delivery
- Ensure all high quality, pertinent and accurate reports are delivered
- Collaborate across teams to develop remediation plans against identified risk areas, tracking and reporting progress to identified stakeholders against each
- Participate in evaluating effectiveness of projects after implementation
- Must have experience successfully leading multiple PM’s, large scale projects & programs, and project portfolios
- Engage on select Major Initiatives through established centres of excellence to improve delivery certainty
