Work Location: Full Time on Site
Duration: 11 months +
Rate: is open and non-exempt
Hours: Full time / 40 hours (onsite)
Per diem: $157.00/day (7 days per week)
Mob / Demob: GSA Expenses
Trip Home: 1 paid trip home per month
US Citizenship Required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in project controls
- Leadership ability and strong management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced project environment
- Experience with cost control including project estimating, forecasting and cost management including reporting
- They are responsible for client-facing and internal projects, focusing on execution, follow-through, accountability, performance indicator management, and results
- role will continue to refine the project management processes, tools and methodologies to ensure consistent, predictable project performance
- The role also includes collaborating closely with senior management to align strategic initiatives and ensure project activities contribute to overall company success
- Participation in interactive planning sessions forthe development of project schedules
- Ensure flawless integration of all project obligations and requirements, including integration of (multiple) contractors project schedule
- Create and maintain (initial) project schedule baselines
- Perform schedule analysis, prepare periodic reports and charts, and provide stakeholders with recommendations for improvements
- Provide planning expertise to project teams and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Planning processes and performance
Physical Job Demands
- Work Environment: Radiological exposure expectations of < 100 mrem/yr. General Office, Plant Production Areas. This job operates in a professional office environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must have the ability to walk and stand for moderate amounts of time

- Must be able to lift 15 pounds
Other Skills
- Excellent MS Office skills and well versed in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel Visio and PowerPoint
- Good attention to detail with good time management skills
- Ability to work flexibly within the demands of the project Exhibits a strong awareness of the level of interaction required with the project team function to support the successful delivery of projects
- The ability to reconcile cost information as it applies to the programs of work
- Conversant in business English
