The BCP Employ and Lead approach use two primary tools to guide our work: The BCP Service Delivery Plan (SDP) and ourFLEXModel. This approach has been a cornerstone of our corporate business project delivery success for years and has been used across disciplines including engineering, projects, and specialty services.

Service Delivery Plan (SDP)
This tool initiates early engagement communications with key stakeholders. The BCP Corporate Lead Team uses the SPD to document constructive dialog following the contract execution phase and is a tool that provides:

A framework for ongoing, mutual commitment over the contract life

A repeatable process for initial engagement of the client

Details items such as how, when, and in what format communications will take place

Enables a success path for ongoing understanding and change management (that may or may not be in the contract)
FLEX Model
The FLEX model utilizes our company’s strengths of project management and oversight and combines with the ability to put the best talent on the projects/tasks that require their services when and where it’s required. The model consists of four primary components:

The BCP FLEX approach provides the ability to manage and oversee micro-projects and human resources so that each client is paying for only the service they use and eliminating the need to pay for stand-by time. Our approach provides the capability to deliver remotely and effectively manage the work at multiple sites at the same time.
